Additional New Customer Information:

1. One customer in the office at a time please and honor the 3 foot rule outside.
2. Boarding hours for drop off's are Weekday Open door 7:30-9am and by appointment 9-10:30am & 4:30-6:00pm. We generally stick to these hours, especially during Peak season, June through August. We have a very detailed routine and the dogs get used to it. Changes in this routine can upset the dogs.
3. Daycare hours are 7:30-9am and 4:30-6pm, Monday through Friday
4. We do not take customers back into the kennel when dropping off your dog, due to liability reasons.
5. Do not open the door from the office into the kennel. We have some very large dogs and some who don’t like people they don’t know. If you are waiting in the office, you can assume we are working our way there, but may have 5 or 6 dogs to get inside first.
6. We are closed some holidays.  See hours page
7. Bring your dog’s food (in a hard container), treats, and any toys they are allowed to have.
8. When your dog receives vaccinations, email them to us right away..
9. Summer time gets extremely busy here. Weekends we have 45+dogs and we can have as many as 25 coming and going in 1 days. To keep things moving in the office, we ask that if you need a reservation, you email us instead of asking in the office.
10. Parking can also be an issue when it gets busy. Please park vertical to the fence, and drive slowly in and out the lane. Sometimes my dogs are outside and have no fear of cars.
11. Illnesses-If your dog is sick, please keep it home from daycare. If you need to board your dog and it has something contagious, other arrangements should be made. If you dog becomes sick after it leaves Waggin Tails, please let us know. Your dog may be the first we are hearing about something going around.
12. You should always receive and email confirmation when we enter a reservation in our system. With that being said, sometimes things happen with the internet or computers, so if you don’t hear back from us within 48 hours, please email again or call.
13. If you need a reservation on short notice, either put the date you are requesting in the email subject line, or put emergency in the subject line.
14. There are something my managers don’t do when I’m out of the office and things they need to check with me, therefore there may be times when we don’t respond immediately, but we try to stick to the 48 hour rule.
15. Please, if you have any questions, about anything regarding your dog or our services, don’t hesitate to contact me. I love this business and your dog and their care is my highest priority.

Thank you for your cooperation and for considering us for your pet's care.
