Daycare and Summer Boarding Cancellation Policy

🐾 No-Show Policy

At Waggin Tails Pet Camp, we understand that life happens! However, in order to provide the best care for all our furry guests and manage our schedule efficiently, we must put a No-Show Policy in place.

What is a "No-Show"?

A no-show is when a pet is scheduled for daycare but does not arrive, and no prior notice is given.

📅 No-Show Policy Details:

• 1st No-Show: No penalty, but a reminder of our policy will be sent.

• 2nd No-Show: 1 day of daycare.

• 3rd No-Show: 1 day of daycare and prepayment may be required for future bookings.

• Frequent No-Shows: May result in suspension of daycare privileges.

⏰ Daycare Cancellation Policy:

Whenever possible, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s daycare appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another pup in need of playtime!
