We understand that you may have a lot of questions when you send your dog to camp. Below we have listed some of the questions we are frequently asked. If you have a question that is not listed below, please email us and we will be happy to answer it for you.
We have a total of 18 cabins. Some can hold more than 1 family dog at a time.
No. Because we are committed to providing the best possible care for the pets at our camp, we do not do business before or after hours. The camp operates on a strict schedule and varying from that is not in the best interest of the animals in our care. Although you may see us outside, this does not mean we are available to help you. We are caring for the animals within the camp but will be happy to help you after we open.
We offer tours by appointment only for potential new customers. We do not offer tours June through August due to the number of dogs staying with us. We reserve the right to turn dogs away for any reason.
All dogs are exercised and given a chance to go potty outside in the grass a minimum of 4 times a day. When the weather permits, dogs also spend time on their outside porches while housekeeping is cleaning the inside of the cabin.
No, we do not do large group play time, for the safety of your dog. We will play small groups of compatible dogs together but those dogs that prefer not to play we allow them to have their yards to themselves.
No. The way our camp is set up, your dog does not need to interact with other dogs at all. The inside cabins have block divider walls and outside porches have block divider walls and dogs are rotated in and out of the play yard. Some dogs prefer to even stay inside while other dogs are exercising because it is too much excitement for them. This is not a problem.
Yes, family dogs can have playtime together.
Yes, pets who are picked up in the afternoon hours are charge the afternoon pick up fee for the day. Pet's picked up before 10:30am are not charged for the day.
Yes, but Daycare is Monday through Friday

Bring your dogs food, treats and a toy or two if you like. We provide beds & bedding, bowl and activites. Please no stuffed beds.
It gives us a chance to do building maintenance that can't be done when we have dogs.
